LHA Certification Level

LHA's Silver, Gold, and Platinum performance levels recognize homes designed and built with livability in mind. To achieve these levels, a dwelling must undergo assessments at both design and final-as-built stages by a registered LHA Assessor. Successful assessments result in certification, validating the home's livable features and potential for increased property value.
