We will collaborate with key stakeholders such as property owner/s, building designer, builder and building surveyor to find creative ways to meet the National Construction Code (NCC)'s performance requirements, ensuring your project's success.

Services

Meeting with Key Stakeholders: We collaborate with Key Stakeholders to define the scope of performance solution/s, identify the relevant performance requirement/s & deemed-to-satisfied provision/s, determine the assessment method/s, and reach a consensus on acceptance criteria.
Performance-based Design Brief (PBDB): PBDB will be issued to all Key Stakeholders to document an agreed brief based on discussions in the meeting.
Performance Solution Report: Performance Solution Report is a formal document to analyze and evaluate the proposed design demonstrating how it satisfies with all relevant performance requirements, and successfully achieve NCC compliance.
Ongoing Support: We provide ongoing support throughout the construction process to ensure that the performance solution is implemented correctly.
